House Resolution 41 proposes that February 12, 2013, be declared as Darwin Day. This goes against the views of nearly half the US population who express some form of opposition to the General Theory of Evolution. A petition has been started, which needs 100,000 signatures for it to go to the next level. Please encourage your fellow American creationists and other Darwinism skeptics to exercise their First Amendment right to petition their government and make their voice heard on this issue. The petition will not be searchable on the whitehouse.gov site until it gets 150 signatures, so here are the links to it, below.

So much for the separation of church and state. This would be an official endorsement of evolution and the atheist religions. But when they cry about separation of church and state it means to shut down Christians.
ReplyDeleteMr Gordons, you my dear friend, and your assinine viewpoint, are part of the reason that so many are deluded by verbage that is inflammatory yet it is also flat-out incorrect, and by this I mean that Darwinism has as much to do with religion as an apple has to do with meat and cholesterol! Quite simply, Darwinism is Science and there is nothing in the US Constitution that says anything about seperation of Science and State! Beware the false prophets for they shall sanctimoniously delude thou as Mr. Gordons has deluded hisself!!!
DeleteSarah,
DeleteDarwinism and atheism are religions. Atheism is faitheism at: http://questionevolution.blogspot.com/2013/01/darwinism-and-atheism-are-religions.html
Well, if you're gonna call Darwin Day and official endorsement of evolution and Atheist religions...
ReplyDeleteThen what about the Christians and Christmas?
Or the Jews and Hannukah?
What were you saying about Separation of Church and State again?

I don't think I have ever talked about complete separation of church at this blog. Please show me where I did.
If a Western politician wants to ban Christmas as a holiday for state employees, good luck with that! He is going to have a lot of angry employees! You see Christmas is a joyous holiday with lots of joyous songs. On the other hand, Darwinism is a religion which has merely spawned a lot of misery.
Please see:
1. Darwinism and atheism are religions. Atheism is faitheism at: http://questionevolution.blogspot.com/2013/01/darwinism-and-atheism-are-religions.html
2. Young earth creationists are happier than atheists during Christmas. Darwinism never has inspired joyous songs, but has merely inspired misery at: http://questionevolution.blogspot.com/2012/12/young-earth-creationists-are-happier.html
3. Evolutionary belief: The inspiration of a sad Christmas song? Darwinism is truly a misery inspiring ideology at: http://questionevolution.blogspot.com/2012/12/evolutionary-belief-inspiration-of-sad.html
What utter nonsense.
ReplyDeleteAtheism is a religion like bald is a hair color. Evolution is the reality: speaking up against it is denying reality.
And very likely could answer your '15 questions for evolutionists' very easily. The real question is: would you even listen.
Krystaline,
DeleteThere must be a reason why you are relying on mere assertion but providing no evidence. What is it? Are you merely being stubborn?

I also cite:
Darwinists have established a cult of personality around Charles Darwin for their religion of Darwinism. Every year they celebrate Darwin Day on February 12. The agnostic and prominent evolutionist Stephen Gould wrote: "all theories [of natural selection] cite God in their support, and ... Darwin comes close to this status among evolutionary biologists ...". In his book Rivals : Conflict as the fuel of science, Michael White similarly wrote: "Of course today, for biologists, Darwin is second only to God, and for many he may rank still higher."
In short, evolutionary belief has definitely become a religion. The atheist Michael Ruse, an evolutionist science philosopher, admitted, “Evolution is a religion. This was true of evolution in the beginning, and it is true of evolution still today.”
