Fewer and fewer people care about atheism in 2012. We told you so!

We have repeatedly said that 2012 was going to be a BAD year for atheism and evolutionism. For example, see the article Making 2012 the worst year in the history of Darwinism   and  Global decline of atheism

Behold, new data from Google trends:

The meat grinder of atheism and evolutionism

There are a lot of biblical creation organizations which do fine work. Creation Ministries International (CMI) is the popular Christian YouTube video maker Shockofgod' favorite biblical creation defending organization. Christian apologist Mariano Grinbank, who actively oppose atheism on the internet, is a big fan of Creation Ministries International as well. The CMI staff skillfully grind up the false ideologies of atheism and evolutionism.

Well, the meat grinder of atheism and evolutionism is going to be working day and night at high speed in starting November 4, 2012. God willing, beginning on November 4, 2012, our Question Evolution! Campaign group is going to collectively spend over 70 hour weeks engaging in Question Evolution! Campaign activities. And that is a conservative estimate. And the number of hours our group contributes is going to get bigger and bigger as our group grows. See:  November 4, 2012 and the Question Evolution! Campaign

Evolutionists, your sacred cow of evolutionism is going to be ground up at a higher and higher rate of speed because the 15 razor sharp questions for evolutionists are going to be whirling faster and faster. I hope you like "ground evolutionism" evolutionists because there is going to be a lot of it on the market.

Atheists, you were warned you this would happen!

Evolutionists, atheists and agnostics: We repeatedly provided you data that 2012 was going to be a BAD year for evolutionism, atheism and agnosticism.  It really was an embarrassment of creationist riches.  See: Biblical creation belief is growing rapidly in the world while atheism and agnosticism are shrinking

Now remember, you have no excuses when it comes to 2013.   You have advanced warning in 2012 that we are going to help make 2013 be the WORST year in the history of Darwinism.

2013 is coming fast evolutionists and its going to be a glorious year for biblical creation belief in the world.

Refuting evolution

  1. Please explain how a slight downward trend in Google search results for "atheist," "atheists," and "atheism" corresponds to a decrease in the number of atheists or the number of people who question the existence of a god. Otherwise, these results aren't very useful.

    1. Joebob,

      A few points:

      1. First, please fully defend your position that the decrease was slight.

      2. You are using the fallacy of exclusion (see: http://onegoodmove.org/fallacy/exclus.htm ).

You didn't adequately address this data which was given at the top of the article: Global decline of atheism at http://questionevolution.blogspot.com/2012/09/resources-on-rise-of-global.html

      3. I was under the impression that evolutionists and atheists believe changes over time can yield powerful effects. I guess I was wrong! :)

      4. Are you an atheist? If so, what proof and evidence do you have that atheism is true?

    2. After reading http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selection_bias, it seems like this post is the one which makes the fallacy of exclusion, since it assumes that a fall in internet searches implies something about the world population when the set of people making internet searches is a subset of the world population. Perhaps the decrease in Atheist searches is because it can be understood easily. It's just a lack of belief in God, like a lack of belief in unicorns. How many arguments do I need to know that there is no reason to pay attention to things that cannot be proven?

In any case, so what if there are less Atheists? I don't mind being the only Atheist in the world, but if I were, I would be harassed or murdered by the religious because God told them so. One of the reasons why people are outspoken about Atheism is because the religious are making life hard. Who gives a damn what you would like to believe. Don't tell me it's the truth, don't tell the children it's the truth and don't try to bring your truth into science. Regarding change, I can see how Evolution has something to say, but Atheism has nothing got to do with it, just like Aunicornism. 'Powerful' is just an adjective we use to describe physical processes. If one entity has enough means to survive, it will survive. If Christians are in the minority and on the verge of extinction, Christianity will not survive even though its the 'truth'. Yes, because of change, the deluded majority can wipe out the minority. If you think that is powerful then call it powerful. It can be called lucky, fortunate, unfortunate, good, bad, whatever you want. The fit enough will survive regardless of any 'bad' or 'good' you think of it.

The lack of proof for God is the argument for Atheism. We don't prove that unicorns don't exist to stop believing in them. The implausibility of an Omniscient God has been outlined here: http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Omniscience.

I'm an Atheist and I would like to believe in evolution, though I cannot prove it. Therefore my rational mind doesn't give a damn about it and cannot say that it's true. Evolution falls into the same category as unicorns for me. I have no assumptions to begin with, therefore I make no conclusions. When I tell people about evolution, I ask them to check it out for themselves. It doesn't matter if one believes it. It is either correct or wrong. For Creationism, you have assumptions to begin with, so it may be wrong. But many Creationists will hold on to the idea in spite of the lack of or contradictory evidence. Decisions are made as though Creationism is true. Will you have the humility to say that you may be wrong. I doubt so. If you may be wrong why should I think that what you say is definitely true?

    3. Joel Lim,

      A few points:

      1. You are engaging in the fallacy of exclusion by ignoring the information I cited either through laziness or being stubborn. Global atheism is decreasing. See: http://questionevolution.blogspot.com/2012/05/globally-worldviews-of-atheism-and-non.html

      2. You are a historically ignorant person and probably indoctrinated into atheism through a poorly run public school.

Historically, atheists have been the biggest mass murders in history bar none. No other group compares.

      Vox Day notes:

“Apparently it was just an amazing coincidence that every Communist of historical note publicly declared his atheism … .there have been twenty-eight countries in world history that can be confirmed to have been ruled by regimes with avowed atheists at the helm … These twenty-eight historical regimes have been ruled by eighty-nine atheists, of whom more than half have engaged in democidal acts of the sort committed by Stalin and Mao.

“The total body count for the ninety years between 1917 and 2007 is approximately 148 million dead at the bloody hands of fifty-two atheists, three times more than all the human beings killed by war, civil war, and individual crime in the entire twentieth century combined.164

“The historical record of collective atheism is thus 182,716 times worse on an annual basis than Christianity’s worst and most infamous misdeed, the Spanish Inquisition. It is not only Stalin and Mao who were so murderously inclined, they were merely the worst of the whole Hell-bound lot. For every Pol Pot whose infamous name is still spoken with horror today, there was a Mengistu, a Bierut, and a Choibalsan, godless men whose names are now forgotten everywhere but in the lands they once ruled with a red hand.

“Is a 58 percent chance that an atheist leader will murder a noticeable percentage of the population over which he rules sufficient evidence that atheism does, in fact, provide a systematic influence to do bad things? If that is not deemed to be conclusive, how about the fact that the average atheist crime against humanity is 18.3 million percent worse than the very worst depredation committed by Christians, even though atheists have had less than one-twentieth the number of opportunities with which to commit them. If one considers the statistically significant size of the historical atheist set and contrasts it with the fact that not one in a thousand religious leaders have committed similarly large-scale atrocities, it is impossible to conclude otherwise, even if we do not yet understand exactly why this should be the case. Once might be an accident, even twice could be coincidence, but fifty-two incidents in ninety years reeks of causation!” source: creation.com/atheism

      3. You are philosophically ignorant as well. Atheism is not merely the lack of belief in God is it is the denial of God's existence. See: http://plato.stanford.edu/entries/atheism-agnosticism/ and http://creation.com/atheism-is-more-rational and http://www.thedivineconspiracy.org/athart3.htm
