The benefits of a worldwide coalition of creationist organizations and creationists will be seen in 2013

Will 2013 be a year to see the great benefits of a worldwide coalition of creationist organizations and creationists?

In a previous article, we discussed a project related to the Question Evolution! Campaign and its dissemination 15 questions for evolutionists which involved the formation of the world's largest and rapidly growing coalition of Christian creationist organizations and creationists. In North America alone there are over 170 creationist organizations. See: Project 200+

Dramatic benefits of Christian cooperation

We posted an article on the miraculous results of the missions organization VisionSynergy which is fostering cooperation among Christian organizations. See: Conquering Darwinism with the help of a key Christian organization - VisionSynergy

An example of one of VisionSynergies successes: "In the early 1980′s there were only a handful of known believers in Mongolia. Today, Mongolia has been radically transformed – sending more Christian missionaries per capita than any other nation."

Christian disunity and evangelism

The International Bulletin of Missionary Research published a January 2012 article entitled Unity, Comity, and the Numbers Game.

An excerpt from the article:

If the quest of the church is for unity in Christ, the on-the-ground reality has been kaleidoscopic fragmentation. And the kaleidoscope is spinning with increasing speed. In the past dozen years, formal organizational diversity among Christians has grown by 26 percent, swelling from an estimated 34,100 denominations in the year 2000 to a projected 43,000 by mid-2012 (see “Status of Global Mission, 2012, in the Context of ad 1800–2025,” by Todd Johnson, David Barrett, and Peter Crossing, line 41, on p. 29 of this issue).

The tensions between ecclesiastical aspiration and achievement are evident in the Protestant mission enterprise of the past two centuries as well. The number of foreign mission sending agencies has more than doubled in the past four decades (p. 29, line 44). That development should perhaps give one pause—who has measured the level of redundancy, competition, ill-coordination of efforts, and striving to establish organizational identity or “brand” that this level of multiplication entails?

Yet, madcap as it sometimes seems, this development is not necessarily all negative. The founding documents of the church, and hence of Christian mission, speak of diversity of gifts among individuals and concordant differences in their function. If individuals vary in capability, expertise, cultural context, and social conditioning, is there any reason why organizations should not be similarly conditioned? Perhaps organizational diversity in itself bears witness to the multifaceted love of God!

So of course, the trick is to have diverse gifts and talents from worldwide Christianity under a conservative and purposeful Question Evolution! Campaign grassroots tent as much as possible.

Project 200+ is seeing benefits already

I know it may be hard for some to believe, but there are Christian creationists who are lone wolves and do not play nicely with others! And believe it or not they do not want to join Project 200+. Imagine that! At the same time, I am finding it a great pleasure and honor to work with some great creationists as a part of Project 200+ and it is only in its beginning stages.

For example, to name a few of the recent developments, the Question Evolution! Day on February 12, 2013 initiated by Robert S. will be fantastic and a lot of hours will be put into it. I love the new Question Evolution! videos by YouTube Christian DJW0071. The Question Evolution! book for middle school students is coming along nicely. A Question Evolution! quiz is about to be released. And of course, I will be contacting YouTube Christian Shockofgod to get involved in a 30 day action plan part of which is mentioned below. I could go on and on with the great people who have contributed to the campaign, but I think you get the idea. And we have a number of things to be released in 2013 and creation evangelism is going to be among the most important.

We are finding some very talented and cooperative people. It is just the law of numbers. The more doors you knock on, the better results you are going to get. Jesus said, ""And others fell on the good soil and yielded a crop, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty."

For all the faults found within Christendom I would much rather work with Christians as it is a far easier task to elicit Christian cooperation than cooperation within the communities such as the atheist community which has a history of vicious infighting. The 30 day Project 200+ volunteer recruitment drive to promote Question Evolution! Day and to start 2013 off with a lot of momentum

Yes, in the next 30 days, we are going on an all-out effort to add organizations to Project 200+ and to recruit invidual volunteers! We want to have an awesome Question Evolution! day this year. The creationist axes are going to be furiously swinging at the tree of Darwinism in 2013! Our Question Evolution! online forum will be a very exciting place in January, February and beyond! We not going to be like some prairie fire that has initial enthusiasm and then burns itself out, but rather a grassroots organization with a sustained focus, objectives and goals.
